Daya Offshore Construction (DOC) a Wholly owned subsidiary of Daya Materials Berhad in Malaysia provides specialised subsea construction, installation, and inspection repair and maintenance services that involve complex engineering to the offshore energy industry worldwide aiming always to deliver projects safely, on schedule and within budget.

DOC operates a fleet of vessels in a safe, efficient and effective manner coupled with technically-advanced equipment, remotely operated vehicles (ROV) and modulated sat and air diving systems (MHS) complimented by a fully integrated in-house engineering and project management capability. We have the capability to respond quickly to our clients' needs by leveraging the full strength of our global network of service partners offering a wide spectrum of subsea services i.e.:

MG KOH
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

MG KOH has 30 years experience in the Oil & Gas industry - covering Corporate Management, Offshore Marine Transportation & Installation, Subsea Works, Design & Construction Engineering, Proposals/Estimating, Project Management & Offshore Construction (Project & Field). He worked for three (3) US majors in Offshore Construction - McDermott (1988-1989, 1995-1996), Offshore Pipelines Intl Ltd (1991-1995), Global Industries Ltd. (1998-2006), Area VP; and he also worked in Engineering Design & Construction companies: Worley (1986-1988), RJ Brown (1989- 1990). MG Koh managed own Project Management Company for six (6) years and his advisor Roles: Petronas Carigali (1995-1998), Dialog E&C (2013), Puncak GOM (2014) and Worldwide exposure: USA, West Africa (Nigeria, Zaire, Congo, Angola, Equatorail Guinea, Cabinda), Middle-East (Bahrain, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman), India (Mumbai, N Delhi), Asia-Pacific (KL, Singapore ,Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Myanmar), Australia (Sydney, Melbourne)







MADS MALLING
SENIOR VP WESTERN HEMISPHERE

Mr Malling has 10 years of experience within the Subsea Construction, Decommissioning and Windmill industry. In AF Decom Offshore, where he worked for 7 years, he was responsible for the Marine Spreads (OSV's, Heavy Lift Vessels, Barges, etc) in connection with multi-million dollar offshore projects for Statoil, ConocoPhillips and Shell in all sectors of the North Sea. He commenced his career as a field engineers on the high-profile Ekofisk decommissioning project and worked his way up to the Onshore and Offshore Construction Manager for several similar projects, responsible for multi-discipline, multi-national crews of up to 200 men. Before joining Daya Offshore Construction as Vice President for Western Hemisphere in 2013, Mads Malling was partner and head of the subsea division for the brokering house, UNO Offshore for 3 years. Mads holds a BSc (Hons) in Technology and Business Management from University of Glasgow.




ROSE MARIE O'DONNELL
GLOBAL CONTRACTS ADVISOR

Rose Marie O'Donnell joined DOC as Global Contracts Adviser in January 2014. Rose Marie completed her law degree from Cambridge University, UK in 1996 and after completing her postgraduate Diploma at the College of Law, London, she trained and worked at niche Shipping and Maritime Solicitors, Holmes Hardingham in London. She returned home to Scotland in 2003 and worked in private practice in the shipping departments of Henderson Boyd Jackson and Brodies Solicitors. Rose Marie was seconded to Skuld P&I Club in Stockholm and Stolt Parcel Tankers Inc in Connecticut and Houston and has over 15 years of experience dealing with shipping contracts, charterparties and commercial contractual issues as well as having considerable litigation and dispute resolution experience.
